Why should I partner with Prime Time Staffing & Management? Our partner, Arise Virtual Solutions gets the contracts, and we supply the agents. Because Arise does not partner individuals and only independent businesses, we offer the opportunity for skilled workers to service many wonderful opportunities Arise offers under our independent business. Also, this saves you on fees of incorporating and managing a business while you are able to focus on generating revenue. Arise also provides the client certifications courses you will need to be successfully in your at home career. Prime Time Staffing & Management, LLC is ALWAYS here to provide mentorship, guidance, and support in becoming a successful agent and assisting you with advancement opportunities as they become available.

Do I have to be a US citizen or a legal resident to participate in this opportunity? Yes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally reside in the United States. Please note that the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin are currently closed for outsourced opportunities.

What is a CSP? Remote agents certified to provide excellent customer service to Arise clients are considered Client Support Professionals or commonly referred to as CSP. The characteristics and keys to the success of a CSP (Client Support Professional) are as follows

Who will I work for? You will be working as an independent contractor under Prime Time Staffing & Management, LLC for one or more clients directly contracted by Arise. You are not an employee of either Prime Time Staffing & Management, LLC or Arise while under contract or SOW. Under no circumstance are you to contact Arise or the client in which you are servicing for employment questions or verification of employment. Therefore, you may contact us, Prime Time Staffing & Management LLC.

What type of services will I be providing? As a Client Support Professional (CSP) you choose the client you wish to service from one of our many top nationwide companies. The work typically consists of taking inbound calls (minimum outbound calls may be necessary) involving customer service, sales or technical support. There are chats and email opportunities also available but those are rare and fill up quickly (they are offered to top performing agents). This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle inbound calls that have been routed from the clients phone systems to your phone at your house. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the clients proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call. Simple, right?

How much would I get paid? The hourly pay rate varies by client and ranges from $8.00 to $15.00 + per hour. Some clients offer sales and incentive bonuses. Earning's will fluctuate depending on the number of hours you service, amount of calls answered, transaction processed or the amount of minutes you service which is determined by client.

Are there any taxes deducted from my revenue? No taxes are deducted from your earned revenue. Your contractual obligations will be as a 1099 independent contractor, so you will be responsible for your own taxes. 1099 Form are administered in January, so please consult your tax advisor regarding your annual tax obligations and all the tax benefits you will receive as an independent Contractor.

Am I paying for a job? No, you are not paying for a job, you are an independent contractor who needs the required training to perform your job efficiently. These jobs are contracts not employment. You are paying for your background check, drug screening if needed and any other employee paperwork needed.

Are there any recurring fees? Yes, outside of your initial training investment there is a admin fee every pay period. This fee covers your access to the arise portal (which includes VPN, Arise University, Invoicing etc.) Prime Time Staffing & Management LLC goal is to provide you with maximum resources at the lowest rate possible. We are proud to be among the lowest fee which is 10% pay per period for Prime Time Staffing & Management and Arise charges a fee of $19.75 per pay period to cover administrative cost (Refer to "Service Fees" page in this package for more information on all Fees). Always remember, our goal is to always continue to GIVE more than TAKE. Lastly, direct deposit fees may apply.

How long is Training? Training varies by client and can run anywhere from 3 days to 40 days.

Can I work in any state? No, Arise has some restrictions. We are not offering opportunities for the following states: California, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Oregon, or New York.

Who is Arise Virtual Solutions? Arise is our partner who handles the grunt work. They hit the pavement in search for large corporations (Fortune 20 to Fortune 500) that would like to outsource their customer service, sales, or technical support positions for you to service. Arise has been in business since 1994, is accredited, and is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Arise has been featured on many major news networks including CNN, Good Morning America, Fox News, and many more. They are also a part of Michelle Obama's Joining Forces initiative, which is working to bring 100,000 jobs to veterans in need. Who is going to teach me how to service a client? Once you finish with the basic admissions process, you will be placed with a client to service depending on your skills and prior work history. Training classes can run anywhere between 3-40 days depending on the company you will be servicing. You will be an independent contractor and not an employee therefore you are responsible for the training cost.

Do I get paid for training? Select companies will allow you to earn revenue in training class when taking live practice calls. This is typically the last week in training and are most times limited to 15 hours. Once you have successfully completed training, you will start selecting your full schedule.

Why is a background check required and what are the deciding factors to continue with the process? Both Arise and our clients have high standards. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provide key services for each client program and have access to confidential information; therefore, a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSP's identity is confirmed and free from criminal history.

Will I need long distance on my home phone line? No. All calls will come to you via Arise's software. Your phone will be plugged into the wall however your virtual phone will be on your computer. Once you log in, the software will call your home phone and you will be receiving inbound calls while connected.

Will I be your employee? Our team members, or CSP's, are independent contractors of Prime Time Staffing & Management LLC. You will receive a 1099 for your prior years compensation. You must pay all of your own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.

How will I be paid? You will be paid on the 15th and 30th of every month via GreenDot or Go2Bank Card.

I want to do this full-time. Can this be competitive to a full-time job? The simple answer is, yes it can. The clients all have different pay structures that range from paying per minute, per call, or per hour. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $8.00 an hour to $15.00+ an hour depending on the client you choose to service. You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance.

How many hours can I work and how much money can I make? As much as you want. All of the clients have a minimum hour requirement which is usually 15 or 20 hours. You must work that to continue servicing that client. There are clients that have a weekly cap of 100 hours so if you're making on average $15.00 an hour times 100 hours you would earn $1,500 in a week. On the other hand, if you work 15 hours and make $15.00 you would earn $225 that week. It is totally up to you.

How long will it take before I can start earning money? You will need to complete the admissions process, which can take as little as one day or as long as a week depending on how quickly you move through the steps. Once you pick your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of the training course varies with each client, so you will be able to find one to suit your needs.

Can I have another job while I provide services for Arise clients? Of course, you can. You may wish to do this part time or full time. You are welcome to have another full time job or a part time job to supplement this. You can even service more than one client on Arise.
