As part of the Prime Time Staffing & Management hiring process, you will need to fill out the following Information Sheet so our Hiring Manager is able to assist you with setting up your account on the Arise Platform. Once your account is set up then you will be given your log in information so you can log in to see all the companies we currently have open and details about each company. Our hiring manager will assist you with enrolling for training for a company and give you more details as well as answer any questions/concerns you have. Once this form is filled out then the Hiring Manager will create your account while you are on phone and guide you to accessing your account.

PLEASE NOTE: Please state ALL correct information as this information is used to set up your account as well for background check purposes. If any information is INCORRECT by spelling then your account can be affected and cause issues with setting up further. If any information is INCORRECT due to giving out another individuals information and not yourself, then your account can be affected, deactivated, and denied any positions within our company.
